Members from CUPID working group 2 will meet live in Nijmegen, The Netherlands to review and discuss the ongoing process of auditing and evaluation pan-european cancer screening and prevention policies, and their relation to people with intellectual disabilities. Moreover, plans and budgets for year-2 of the action will be discussed.

On June 20 we had our WG2- meeting in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. We had 15 WG-members with who we looked back on the first nine months into this Action and our WG-activities so far. We discussed progress and planning of our ongoings tasks as specified in CUPIDs Memorandum of understanding, and shared our ideas and planning for upcoming year.

Key topic of the meeting was how our WG will collect and evaluate national cancer screening and prevention policies. For this task we will also request participation of CUPID-members outside WG2 in upcoming months, in particular members from countries that are currently not represented in WG2. More information will be shared when we have completed all issues and practicalities as raised during our meeting.
