The Final CUPID Conference will take place on 23–24 June 2026 in Brussels, Belgium. This concluding international event will bring together project partners, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and key stakeholders to present the principal outcomes of the CUPID project, share best practices, and discuss future directions and sustainability perspectives. The conference will serve as a platform for scientific exchange, dissemination of findings, and the strengthening of European collaboration within the thematic scope of the project.

On behalf of the Scientific Committee of the COST Action CUPID project, we are pleased to invite you to submit an abstract for an e-Poster and/or oral presentation at the Final CUPID Conference: Cancer – Understanding Prevention in Intellectual Disability: Partnering to Support Co-produced Change.

We welcome contributions addressing the core themes of the CUPID project, as well as related topics within the broader field. All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract Submission Guidelines (E-Poster / Panel Presentation)

  • Maximum length: 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
  • Language: English
  • Structure: Background/Introduction; Aim/Objectives; Methods; Results; Conclusion; Keywords (3–5)
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing
